First Line Management CMI Level 3 Diploma
This qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency. If you are a supervisor or first line manager with operational responsibility, this qualification is for you.
You will need to have either a Level 2 business-related qualification OR the ability to demonstrate Level 2 business knowledge through work experience.
You will study the following units:
- Personal development as a first line manager
- Improving team performance
- Meeting stakeholder needs
- Managing and communicating information
- Improving development opportunities
- Resource planning
You will be assessed on each unit through written reports, presentations and activities.
Further study and career options
On successful completion of this course you can progress on to other courses accredited by the CMI.
Deadlines are set for submission of assessments. Significant reading and preparation of assignments is required in your own time.
