Management NVQ Level 4 Diploma
This qualification will allow you to develop management, leadership and employability skills, which are all essential for the workplace. There is a wide range of optional units covering different aspects of management and leadership, which will allow you to select units in a specialist area, or to spread your choice of units across several specialist areas.
This qualification is suitable for job roles in any sector that involve management and leadership responsibilities. At Level 4 you can expect to be a middle manager and to hold a more central management role in an organisation.
Mandatory units (totalling 18 credits):
- Manage own professional development within an organisation
- Develop working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Plan, allocate and monitor work in own area of responsibility
- Provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility
- Plus optional units.
A minimum of 37 credits is required overall for completion of this qualification, which must include a minimum of 26 credits at, or above, Level 4.
You will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence, which can include observations, statements, reflective accounts, Q&A and work product evidence.
Further study and career options
On completion of this course you can progress to the Management NVQ Level 5 Diploma.
